Feeling Weird, Out Of Sorts Or Overwhelmed


If you feel weird, out of sorts or overwhelmed do not be embarrassed or ashamed to talk about it with a trusted source or to seek help (i.e., support, guidance, etc.). Let's take the stigma out of being human. We are living in very complicated, stressful times and we are not equipped as human beings to handle so much all of the time without being affected personally.  We often talk about physical health but what about our mental health? It is not a sign of weakness to admit to yourself or others that you are not okay. There is an unequivocal connection between our mind, body and soul. And if you want to be a balance person, you must be cognizant of all three.
