The Friendship Campaign To End Loneliness

Living Life As Your Authentic Self

On your journey of life, these are the four key questions to ask yourself on your road to self-discovery:

Who am I?

What do I want?

What am I grateful for?

What is my purpose in life?

Shut off the noise and distractions of the world. In the silence of meditation the answers will spontaneously come to you.

You are not a mere piece in the puzzle of life. You are a living, breathing person with a soul; a human being with a life and a destiny, your destiny, to fulfill.

Ready... Set... Here Comes The LAPD Cover-Up

The LAPD is said to have taken over the investigation from the CHP on this one. Knowing what I know firsthand about LAPD "investigations" of their own, it will be of no surprise to me when, not if, there is a cover-up on this shady incident.

Respect is given where respect is earned and the public's trust of the LAPD is on shaky ground. There is much work to be done by the new LAPD Chief of Police Michael Moore to this end.

LAPD Narcotics Detective Mike Johnson Critically Wounded On Skid Row In Suspicious Circumstances

Whereas I genuinely pray for the speedy and safe recovery of LAPD Detective Mike Johnson out of critical condition, the public has a right to know what an off duty narcotics detective was doing on skid row at around 3 AM, why he was involved in a life-threatening, physical altercation and where his service weapon is.

There are ongoing and significant issues of moral turpitude at the LAPD's 77th District Community Station. I have personal knowledge and proof of this. More to come...

How Did My Life Get Like This

To all of my readers this week in the U.S.A., Canada, France, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Estonia, Russia, Brazil, Honduras, Israel, Turkmenistan, the Netherlands and the Ukraine… thank you for visiting my website and taking an interest in my postings.  Love and blessings to you always.

Have you ever wondered why your life is what it is in this exact moment? Notwithstanding circumstances beyond your control, your life is what it is because of the choices that you have made; good or bad. Always love and respect yourself no matter what your circumstances. Choose to stay positive. Incorporate silence into your day to allow yourself to rest, think, feel and to just be. Honor your feelings and let your God given intuition guide your steps. If you have an apprehension or something doesn’t feel right, it most likely isn’t right. Remove yourself from bad circumstances or situations and toxic, chaotic people. Remember that life has a beginning and an end. It is up to you what you do with the time in between.

If you want to live a rich, more fulfilled life, change your focus from bad things to good and it will most certainly change your perspective. Life is filled with amazing things and bountiful gifts from above. So talk less, listen more and be still. Commune with nature and in the majestic silence God will speak to you through your heart.

Everyone Has The Right To Live In Peace

It is very important to expose racial profiling and injustice because where there is impropriety there are victims. And as Martin Luther King poetically stated "Our lives begin to end the day we remain silent about the things that matter." Everybody has the right to live in peace.

Life Is A Gift; Don't Ever Take It For Granted

July 10, 2018 at 12:01 PM

While heading back from Virginia to NYC I received the news that my best friend Niki passed away. He was like a brother to me. Now here in my hotel room staring out of the window for hours feeling his spirit. A brother, hero, legend and someone who inspired me in life that let nobody or nothing stop him. A true warrior who literally kept fighting till his last breath.

Looking at our pictures from 7 years ago I remember how he envisioned the future and how we philosophized for hours. Never expecting that cancer would hit such a good hearted, healthy and wholesome hero like Niki. It makes you think: “why him, and not me?”.

Last month Niki and I talked about how fragile life is. The thought of “growing old” is not something we can rely on. Life is fragile, precious and unpredictable and each day is a gift, not a given right.

Niki was 31 and didn’t want to go. He loved and lived life to the fullest. And he wanted to survive no matter what. But it was soon out of his hands when the cancer kept coming back aggressively.

Cancer is not something that should be treated like a taboo topic. We can’t take anything for granted and we should not worry about the small, meaningless stresses in life and try to remember that we all have the same fate after it all. So do what you can to make your time feel worthy and great, minus the fake and bullsh*t.

So in closing, think twice before you are complaining because your boobs are too small, cellulite is too much for you or your new fake nails might have got a chip. Realize deeply how lucky we are to be able to be alive today. And realize what life is. Go outside, breath in the fresh air and think how lucky we are to be here. We only have one. Make it worthy. Spread love. Stop hate. And live joyfully.
In honor of my friend Niki me and my team will dedicate all profits this month and next month MeesterPT and Caffè Meester to the Dutch Cancer Society. KWF Kankerbestrijding / Dutch Cancer Society

Rest in peace bro. ❤️
See you up there one day. 🙏

The Silent Monster

Silence no more. I am very passionate about this subject matter. I cannot stand bullies of any sort preying on innocent victims. I cannot stand the powers that be permitting the powerful to victimize and silence the powerless. There is a paradigm shift trending and it is about time. Yes, as Oprah succinctly stated not long ago, there is a new day on the horizon. I always have and always will advocate for the underdog; including myself.
